A semester of full-time study abroad greatly enriches a student’s liberal education and enhances the student’s ability to live in a global society. To offer this opportunity to our students, Hilbert College has developed several international exchange programs with various institutions in Europe, and continues to develop new partnerships.
A student who will be studying abroad for a semester will be required to attend study abroad information sessions, including but not limited to the application process, cost and compliance, departure orientation, as well as re-entry. Students will work with the Study Abroad department to ensure full preparation for this unique global experience. Upon returning to the college, all credits earned through the exchange program will transfer back to the students’ home institutions and be applied toward their undergraduate degree.
