HEOP
The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) was created to provide a broad range of services like financial support, meals and supplies to New York State residents who meet both academic and financial thresholds set by the higher education institution.
Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP)
The HEOP program was created in 1969 by the New York State Legislature and is a partnership between the State of New York and Hilbert College. Through the financial support for tuition and fees, housing and an unlimited meal plan as well as books and supplies, HEOP students strengthen their skill sets and achieve lifelong success at Hilbert College.
Sharing the Heart of HEOP
For over five decades, HEOP has been quietly and effectively changing lives, one student at a time. We’ve been the engine for generational progress, creating opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom. Now, we’re stepping into a new chapter: telling our story. We’re proud to present a glimpse into the transformative power of HEOP in video format.
