 Mission Statement of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment

Under the direction of the Provost/VPAA, the mission of Hilbert College’s Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) is to support the advancement of the College’s mission and vision by providing information and research services useful for institutional planning, policy formation, evidence-based decision making and assessment of student learning outcomes. As the designated office for official data reporting and analysis, the OIRA serves as a centralized resource for collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating timely, accurate and reliable data to internal and external constituents.

The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment works closely with the Outcomes Assessment Committee which has oversight for efforts directed toward the assessment of student learning outcomes.
