Hilbert College is a full member of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) with the following athletic teams participating in a post-season championship event: Baseball, Basketball (men/women), Cross Country (men/women), Golf, Soccer (men/women), Softball, Volleyball (men/women).

The men's volleyball program is a member of a single-sport conference - the United Volleyball Conference (UVC).

The men's lacrosse program is an associate member of the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC).
