Hilbert College

Reservations
All Hilbert College facilities must be reserved through Rob deGrandpre, facilities coordinator, in advance of your event. Master schedules for all sport facilities may be found posted outside the Hafner Recreation Center gym and in the athletic facility coordinator's office.

Personal Conduct
All persons are expected to present themselves with maturity and respect during intramural activities. Students will also be held to the Student Code of Conduct as set forth in the Hilbert Student Handbook. Management has the right to ban anyone who violates this code.

Signs
Signs related to intramural competition must be approved and initialed by Jean MacDonald prior to posting. Signs not approved, deemed inappropriate or offensive in any way will be immediately removed. Signs are only to be posted on student bulletin boards unless otherwise approved by management.

Gambling
Any form of gambling is prohibited.

Tobacco Products
The use of any tobacco product is prohibited in the Hafner Recreation Center.

Controlled Substances
Consumption or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in any Hilbert athletic facility or college sports field.

Dress Code
All patrons are required to bring and wear athletic shoes only in the Hafner Recreation Center. No sandles or marking shoes will be permitted on the gym floor.  Additionally, no cleats are allowed on the soccer/lacrosse fields during intramural competition.

Equipment Check Out
A valid Hilbert ID is required to check out sports equipment. The equipment must be checkout in the Student Activities Office which is located in the lower level of the Campus Center. No equipment may be checked out without proper ID.
