Mass and Services Schedule

Housed in Bogel Hall, St. Clare Chapel is available for liturgical and worship services, faith sharing and private prayer.  Everyone is welcome to use and frequent the chapel.  To accommodate large groups, other campus sites may be used for liturgical functions.

Mass and Services
Liturgy of the Eucharist (Mass) is celebrated on campus on significant Franciscan feasts, holy days and special occasions.  The following 2012-2013 Masses and services are scheduled:

Aug. 2 -  Feast of Our Lady of the Angels/ "Feast of Pardon" Mass, 9:00 a.m.

Oct. 4 - Feast of St. Francis Peace Walk, 12:30 p.m., Swan Auditorium

Nov. 1 -   Solemnity of All Saints Mass, 12:30 p.m. , St. Clare Chapel 

Dec. 2 -  Live Nativity, 2 p.m., Quad area

Feb. 1 - Blessing of Throats, 10:30 a.m.

Feb. 13 -  Ash Wednesday  Communion Service & Distribution of    Ashes, 12:15 p.m.,  St. Clare Chapel

May 11 - Baccalaureate Mass, 9:30 a.m., Swan Auditorium

Hilbert students are invited to attend Sunday Mass at  8:00 a.m. at the Motherhouse of the Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph.  Arrival must be between 7:45 & 7:55 a.m. 

In addition, there is a Sunday Shuttle Service.  Students wishing to attend the 11:00 a.m. service at the Wesleyan Church of Hamburg are picked up at the back entrance of Trinity Hall at 10:40 a.m.  Students wishing to attend the 12:15 p.m. Mass at Saints Peter and Paul RC Church are picked up at the back entrance of Trinity Hall at 11:45 a.m.  Return transportation is also provided.
