Bachelor of Science Degree
The paralegal studies baccalaureate degree offers an educational program approved by the American Bar Association, which provides you with a solid foundation in legal studies and paralegal skills. The program is designed to combine both the procedural and substantive areas of law with basic research, critical thinking and analytical skills. While paralegals may not "practice law" as that term is defined in state law, the program prepares you to work in the legal community and law-related professions or to pursue graduate education.
Associate in Applied Science Degree
The associate in applied science degree in paralegal studies prepares you for entry-level employment and for further paralegal studies. It is also well-suited to the needs of in-service personnel. The program is approved by the American Bar Association.
