Hilbert College All Time Career List
HAMBURG, NY - Adam Weaver (Stow, OH/Archbishop Hoban) became Hilbert College’s All Time Kill leader after he earned his 12th kill against SUNYIT January 26th. The Outside Hitter claimed the top spot on the Hilbert’s career leaders list after only three games into the start of his junior year. Weaver has almost two full seasons to extend his current 582 Kill total before he graduates.
Weaver opened the SUNYIT Tournament needing 38 kills to move into the top spot. He secured 26 kills in the Hawks 3-set lost to Elms (10 kills) and their 3-set victory over Bard (16 kills) on Day One. The next afternoon, Weaver broke the record, scoring 17 kills in a shut-out win over SUNYIT. And, in the final match of the tourney, Weaver again reached for 16 kills against a strong Sage College team.
The Hawks are currently 2-2 after the opening weekend of play.
