Hawks Fall at Pitt-Bradford

The Hilbert College women’s volleyball team fell to the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford 3-0 (14-25, 8-25, 17-25) on Wednesday evening. With the loss, the Hawks drop to 6-11 on the season, 1-4 in AMCC play.
Leading the way for the Hawks was sophomore Erica Page (Angola, NY/Lakeshore) who recorded 3 kills, 8 digs and 1 service ace. Freshman Liz Delbert (Cheektowaga, NY/West Seneca East) registered a team-high 13 digs for the Hawks. Senior Melissa Kick (Blasdell, NY/Mt. Mercy) chipped in with 10 digs and 5 assists.
The Hawks return to the Hafner Center Oct. 18 at 1 p.m. to host AMCC foe Mount Aloysius College.
