HC Volleyball Team Loses at Home

HAMBURG, N.Y. – Visiting Mount Aloysius College raced Saturday to a three-game sweep (30-22, 30-14, 30-11) of the Hilbert College women’s volleyball team. The loss leaves the Hawks still searching for their first win in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (0-7), and 1-13 overall.

 

Amy Anderson led (West Seneca, NY/West Seneca West) the Hawks with four kills and three digs while teammate Amanda Ellis (Arcade, NY/Pioneer) chipped in with 11 digs in the losing effort.

 

The Hawks return to action Oct. 27 at home against Lake Erie College in a 7 p.m. match.
