Volleyball Team Stumbles at Keuka

KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – The Keuka College Storm won three straight games (12-30, 24-30, 17-30) from the visiting Hilbert College Hawks Wednesday in NCAA Division III women’s volleyball action. The Storm grabbed their fifth straight win to improve to 7-2 while the Hawks fall to 1-4 on the young season.


Junior Lynn Workman (Newfane, NY/Newfane) paced the Hawks offense with five kills and six blocks. Sophomore Amy Anderson (West Seneca, NY/West Seneca West) chipped in with seven digs, six blocks and four kills in a losing effort.


The Hawks travel to local rival D’Youville College Sept. 24 for a 7 p.m. match with the Spartans.
