In game one, Meghan Gollaher (Spencerport/Rochester, NY) hit three doubles, scored three runs, and drove in six runs, while Katie Ahearn (Lancaster/Lancaster, NY) went 2-2 with a double, a triple, and two runs batted in. Gollaher struck out nine Express batters in five innings to earn the win on the mound.
Kim Klein (Pioneer/Yorkshire, NY) led the Hawks with two hits and 3 RBIs in the second game. Michelle Greco (Southwestern/Jamestown, NY) and Jessy Huntz (Pioneer/Arcade, NY) each added two hits, while Gollaher picked up her ninth win of the season by allowing no earned runs over five innings.
Hilbert (9-11) will host NEAC rival
Hilbert College, located in suburban Hamburg, N.Y., south of Buffalo, is a private four-year college founded in 1957 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition.
