La Roche Beats Hawks 2-0 in Women's Soccer

HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Hilbert College women’s soccer team battled visiting La Roche College to a 0-0 halftime score before surrendering two second half goals in a 2-0 loss Saturday. With the loss the Hawks fall to 1-3 on the young season.

 

Hilbert keeper Wendy Brusso (Marion, NY/Marion) recorded 16 saves in the losing effort.

 

Hilbert travels to Penn State Behrend Sept. 28 for a 2 p.m. game.
