Hawks Run at Roberts Wesleyan Invite

The Hilbert College cross country program participated in the Roberts Wesleyan College Invitational on Saturday morning.
On the men’s side, on the 8K track, Chris Spence (New York, NY/St. Agres) was the top finished for the Hawks, recording a time of 35:44 to place 73rd. Tillman Davis (Utica, NY/Notre Dame High School) ran a time of 39:45 to finish 76th. Mark Smith (Plamerson North, New Zealand/Palmerson North) placed 79th with a time of 45:46.
For the women, Amanda Phillips (Cheektowaga, NY/Cleveland Hill) topped the Hilbert attack with a time of 22:30, placing her 55th. Amanda Trickey (Clifton Springs, NY/Canandaigua Academy) ran a time of 24:00 to place 71st. Laura Wilson (Buffalo, NY/Grover Cleveland) placed 78th overall with a time of 26:14. Jessica Tinker (Linwood, NY/York Central) placed 81st with a time of 27:46.
The Hawk’s return to the trails Oct. 4 at the Geneseo Invitational at Letchworth State Park.
