Men's Soccer Team Loses In Overtime

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Hilbert College men’s soccer team fell to Medaille College 3-2 in overtime on Wednesday afternoon in North Eastern Athletic Conference action. The loss drops the Hawks to 2-11 (2-3 in NEAC play).
Jacob Opala (West Seneca West/West Seneca, NY) scored a goal and added an assist to lead the Hawks offense. Daniel Russell (Iroquois/Marilla, NY) scored the other Hilbert goal and Chris Fassl (Kenmore West/Kenmore, NY) added an assist.
Marc Gaylor (Hinsdale Central/Hinsdale, NY) totaled 12 saves for the Hawks, who will host conference rival Keuka College at 4 p.m. Oct. 15.
