NCAA Compliance Meeting Dates Have Been Set For All Athletes

As a reminder, each student-athlete who intends on participating in Division III athletics at Hilbert College must attend a mandatory NCAA and Hilbert College compliance meeting. 

All athletes MUST have documentation of a physical from their primary care physician and a completed Pre-Participation Physical Form with them at their predetermined mandatory meeting, which is listed below.

Fall sport athletes have these dates/locations reserved: 

Sunday, August 19, 2012 in Bogel 101 at 4 pm: M/W Soccer; W Volleyball and Golf

Monday, August 27, 2012 in the Hafner Recreation Center’s Conference Room at 10 am: men’s and women’s cross country

For all other athletes   {Baseball, M/W Basketball, M/W Lacrosse, Softball, M Volleyball}, two dates have been selected in an effort to accommodate everyone’s schedules.
