Cheney’s first collegiate goal tied the game 1-1 at half time. Sophomore forward Ed Sarcione (Eden, NY/Eden) added two more goals to secure the victory for the Hawks. Outside midfielder’s, sophomore James Knapp (Lockport, NY/St. Mary’s – Lancaster) and junior captain Eric Russell (Hickory, NC/Iroquois Central) worked hard to feed Sarcione the assists on each of his goals. Sarcione leads Hilbert with 7 goals this season for 14 points.
