HAMBURG, NY – For the first time this season, the Hilbert College women’s basketball team proved to themselves that they can compete against their Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) opponents. La Roche College visited the Hafner Recreation Center on December 5 for a 40-minute battle with the Hawks. Hilbert hurt themselves by committing too many turnovers throughout the contest and lost the game 86-70 to the Redhawks from Pittsburgh. Hilbert’s record stands at 0-8 (0-3 AMCC) while La Roche moves to 4-2 (2-1 AMCC).
