Bio:

A veteran law enforcement professional, Qualey has 25 years experience with the New York State Police, mostly in a supervisory capacity. He can address police management issues, leadership, operations, productivity, law enforcement methods, relationships with other agencies, and the organizational environment. Qualey has developed one of the premier criminal justice programs among New York State colleges and a highly successful student internship program, which provides practical experience at police, correctional, court-related and private agencies throughout the area. He was honored for his work and contributions in criminal justice by the Erie County Law Enforcement Foundation and is a graduate of the FBI Citizen’s Police Academy.
