Sturm has more than 10 years higher education experience in campus and student life programs He’s knowledgeable on student life program development, implementing student activity functions, student disciplinary actions, overall management of student life services, and regulatory policies and laws related to student life. Head of the college’s Leadership Scholarship Program, Sturm can talk about leadership styles, skills development, and leadership trends and practices. Among his professional memberships are the American College Personnel Association and the International Leadership Association.
