HAMBURG, NY - On Saturday, December 1st  twenty  student-athletes and one lone athletic trainer descended upon Woodlawn State Park with the sole intention of taking a freezing plunge into Lake Erie (and maybe have  a little fun along the way).
They arrived at 11am and unpacked their tailgating supplies.  Chili, hotdogs, cocoa were served hot to combat the cold temperatures they were about to face.
In total the Hilbert College Student-Athlete Advisory Commmittee  raised approximately $1,000 for the cause with a continued fundraising effort underway.  A good time was had by all!
