Additionally, she ran the Beaver Island State Park course (6K) twice. In the first race (Medaille Invitational) as a warm-up to the AMCC championship race, Linares took home a fifth place ribbon (31:30) racing against three other schools October 8. Three weekends later, on the same course, she ran a fast 28:35 in a mud pit pacing the Hawks with a 20th place overall finish against the nine other league teams.
Linares is a psychology major.
